  4. Exercise daily: Don’t forget your body is made to move. If you sit on a chair for the rest of the day, you will no longer be able to face fear. The worse condition is you get panic attacks. Move your body.
  5. Professional Guidance: If you are unable to fight your fear and anxiety you can always get a help from the expert counseling. A mental health professional might also help you to overcome this.

ALLAH Azzawajal says in The Noble Qur’an, Surah #7, Al-A’araf, Verse #157

وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ

wayuhillu-lahumu alttayyibati wayuharrimu ‘alayhimu alkhabaisa

He allows them as lawful At-Taiyibât [(i.e. all good and lawful) as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons, foods, etc.], and prohibits them as unlawful Al-Khabâ’ith (i.e. all evil and unlawful as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons, foods, etc.)

Aur unke liye sab napak chize halal karta hai aur unpar sab napak chize haram karta hai.

اوران کے لیے سب پاک چیزیں حلا ل کرتا ہے اور ان پر ناپاک چیزیں حرام کرتا ہے

और उनके लिए सब पाक चीज़ें हलाल करता है और उनपर नापाक चीज़ें हराम करता है|

Verily Qaat is considered in Yemen the main ingredient for the spread of distress and mental disorders as it contains many agents and neural stimulants. Most studies view that mental disorders resulting from eating Qaat that undergo psychotherapy, don’t ever recover rather the condition escalates from bad to worse.

Ghabrahat, dar, nafsiyaani marz, dabaav, tanaav, pareshani ya fir zahni dabao ke liye ye Islami amal behad mufeed sabit hoga Insha ALLAH. Qur’an-e-pak ki Surah number 13 ki ayat number 28 jo ki upar likhi hui hai. Wuzu ki halat mein is ayat ko 41 martaba parh kar fir pak saf pani par dum kar lijiye. Aur us pani ko mareez ko pila dijiye. Agar khud hi kar rahe hai to pee lijiye. Is amal ko haasil-e-shifa yani faydah hone tak kar sakte hai. Kisi bhi waqt aur kisi bhi roz ye wazifa kar sakte hai. How to Perform Islamic Anxiety Fear Panic Attacks Treatment Prayer? English version

Anxiety, Fear, Panic attacks, tension, and depression can be cured through this powerful amal from The Noble Qur’an. Please see the Surah number 13, Surah Ar-Ra’d Verse number 28 above. In the state of an ablution, recite this verse 41 times and blow on a pure and cleansed water. Let this blown water be drunk by the patient. Perform this amal till you see positive results. On any day and at any time one can perform this wazifa. A patient or any other individual can do this amal on behalf of the patient.

Important Note: This amal has Quranic Verse in it, due to this reason females are not allowed to perform this amal during the days of their menses/periods.

घबराहट, डर, अ’असाबि दौरे/मर्ज़ या फिर ज़हनी/नफसियानी दबाव के लिए ये इस्लामी अमल बेहद मुफीद साबित होगा इंशा अल्लाह| क़ुरआन-ए-पाक की सूरह नंबर 13 की आयत नंबर 28 जो की ऊपर लिखी हुई हैं उसे देखें| वुज़ू की हालत में इस आयत को 41 मरतबा पढ़ कर फिर पाक-साफ पानी पर दम कर लीजिए| और उस पानी को मरीज़ को पिला दीजिये| अगर खुद ही कर रहे हैं तो पी लीजिए| इस अमल को हासिल-ए-शिफा यानि फायदाह होने तक कर सकते हैं| किसी भी वक़्त और किसी भी रोज़ ये वज़ीफ़ा कर सकते हैं| मरीज़ या उनके इलवा कोई और भी उनके लिए ये अमल कर सकते हैं|

ग़ौरतलब: चूँकि इस अमल में क़ुरआनी आयत शुमार हैं इसलिए ख़वातीन ये अमल हैज़/माहवारी की हालत में क़तई न करे|

I’ve been suffering from depression and anxiety for the last 12 years and still suffering from anxiety but thanks to doctor he has given me tablets to feel better. I really want to read namaz but there is something that is stopping me to read namaz. I don’t know what to do. When I go outside I start to behave very strangely either at work, shopping or when I am at home. This depression and anxiety is really killing me everyday and I want to finish this anxiety for good. Please help me. Thanks.

      Yes, that clothes must be used only for wazifa period daily. You will do this amal regularly until you get your target. It is a very powerful wazifa and many people have got benefits from this amal, alhamdulillah.

    many thanks for your promptness and patience on my part. i will definetly do the wazifas that you mentioned. as i told you before that i live in the uk and my husband is partly the problem. however i also go through extreme lonliness and isolation here. i have left my parents behind in oman where they are residing. i also grew up in oman for the last 22 years but left for the uk after marriage. cultural factors and job wise and also living standards here are incomparable and certainly better tyan uk. bhai this is my urgent and most desired wish that my husband searches for a job here and agrees to move here so that we can all come here to oman? added advantage is my parents are in oman. please bhai…please kindly help.me. kindly forgive me for a longmessage but im.highly disturbed with family life in the uk. i have been living in uk for last 3 years and still unable to settle due to all these factors. please help bhai kindly. regards.

    thank you for your reply. My anxiety and depression is for many reasons. I live in the UK with my husband and baby. its very very lonely here in the Uk. I dont have any friends and no job. Just looking after my baby. I am very isolated and cry all the time. I miss my parents very much. My husband also does not care. he does not look after my needs nor gives me any money. he also sometimes mentally tortures me financially. Please can you tell me what I should do for these reasons. If this continues I dont think I can continue living like this. Please Bhai help me regarding these problems.
