- Sabse pahle pet ko kisi inch tape (naapne wala feeta) se nap liya jaye. Isse apko charbi jitni kam hogi malum chal jayega Insha ALLAH.
- Raat ko sone se pahle aur subah uthne ke baad pet par jaha jaha charbi hai, is naqsh ko dayron mein gol-gol ghumate hue mala jaye, esa chand minute hi kijiye. Naqsh ko is tarah rakhe pet par ke likhi hui janib pet ki taraf ho jese ulta kar ke hum rakh dete hai thik wese hi.
- Esa ap rozana jab tak farq mehsoos na ho pura tab tak kar sakte hai. Jab pet apni sahi shakl mein aa jaye to yeh ilm ap tark kar dijiye.
- Pehle hi din se pet ghatna shuru ho jayega Insha ALLAH.
- Iss dauraan agar kaghaz phat jaye to is kaghaz ko jala dijiye. Aur dusre kaghaz par wahi naqsh dobara tayyar kar lijiye.
Ghaur Talab: Khwateen ye naqsh haiz/maahwari ki halat mein na banaye. Aur na hi haiz/maahwari ke 7 roz isse apne pet par male.

- Now, rub this paper in circular motion on the stomach for a few minutes.
