अस्थमा या दमा के अमराज़ के लिए शहद में शिफ़ा हिंदी ज़ुबान में

अस्थमा यानि दमा के मरीज़ को सुबह व शाम रोशन शहद चाटने से बेहद आराम मिलता है| शहद में शिफ़ा अत फ़रमाई गयी है| शहद सीने में मजूद बलग़म को काटता है दूर करता है| शहीद पीने से ग़िज़ा को हज़म होने में मदद मिलती है| बैतूल ख़ला जाने में आसानी हो जाती है मैदाह साफ रहता है| क़ब्ज़ से निजात मिलती है|

जिन्हे तंगी से सांस लेने की कैफियत है उन्हें शहद गुनगुने पानी में पिने से आराम मिलता है|
