Why Everyone is in adversity and problems most of the time?

You can find every son of Adam A.S. whether he is rich or a poor or in any part of the world is struggling in his own life. Almost a very few or none is happy.

ALLAH has made Adam A.S. with clay mixed in major portion of the water of sorrows. It consist of only a minor portion of water of happiness or joy.

Overcoming Distress

Don’t ever feel alone. Shift yourself to a calm and lonely place. A place where you can sit back and relax. Make a practice of reading Quran line by line with the translation. It will definitely soothe your pain.

Or if you have a close friend spend your time with him and discuss your problems.

Though your friend will never be able to solve it but ALLAH will arrange the sources. However, sharing helps to lessen the burden of mind. You will surely feel light.

Let the Unwanted Energy Leave Your Body

It’s like searching a ray of hope in the darkest cave. There is a famous Louis Mann Quote:

“Only eyes washed with tears can see everything clearly”

Don’t get lost within yourself. Come with new energy and strive hard. It is mentioned in Surah #2, Al-Baqarah Verse/Ayat #286

لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا

La Yukallifullahu Nafsan Illa Wus’ahaa

ALLAH does not burden a soul except [with that within] its capacity.

This verse should be enough for you to make or break. This is not the end. ALLAH Subhanahu Wata ‘Ala has made the man ‘Ashraf-ul-Makhluqat’ reason being he has free will while angels doesn’t.

Let the negative thoughts and the energy leave your mind in full.

Never Lose Hope

Lit the lamp of hope. There is a very famous quote of Hazrat Rumi. Where he is motivating his own heart:

“Never lose hope, my heart, miracles dwell in the invisible. If the whole world turns against you keep your eyes on the friend”

No matter if you have a friend or not. Make ALLAH your friend.

So, it’s like; work hard in silence and let success make the noise.

Once you start reading Quran with the translations. You will start feeling the closeness to ALLAH. And HE is your best friend. Only HE can get you out of all the troubles in your life. Believe me it’s true.

In Surah #3, Aale-‘Imraan Verse/Ayat #139, ALLAH Jalla Jalaaluhu says:

وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

Wala tahinoo wala tahzanoo wa-antumu-al a’alawna in kuntum mumineena

So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers.

Remain powerful and a true Muslim, this is all ALLAH wants from you!

Yes, there could be real hardships, tragedies, and adversities in someone’s life. Once you accept the fact and start believing that life must go on gathering all the patience.

As ALLAH says in the Quran in Surah #94, Ash-Sharh Verse/Ayat #5-6

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Fa inna ma-‘al ‘usri yusran

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Inna ma-‘al ‘usri yusran

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

Darkness is the sign of ease. Do you still need a proof? Ease could be the happiness of your heart. Ease could be the peace.

Ease differs from from man to man.

Hadith Regarding Hardships & Dua for Difficult times

When we talk about problems and difficulties in life and we don’t mention Hazrat Yunus A.S. This is impossible.

It’s a long story. During the hard times of life. He went off in anger by leaving his people behind.

Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Sa’ad narrated from his father, from Sa`d that the Messenger of ALLAH sallALLAHu ‘Alayhe Wasallam said:

“The supplication of Dhun-Nun (Prophet Yunus) when he supplicated, while in the belly of the whale was:

‘There is none worthy of worship except You, Glory to You, Indeed, I have been of the transgressors.

(La ilaaha illa anta subḥaanaka innee kuntu minaẓ-ẓaalimeen)

So indeed, no Muslim man supplicates with it for anything, ever, except ALLAH responds to him.”

Inspiring Lesson from Hazrat Moosa A.S.

When Hazrat Moosa A.S. has nothing, literally he has nothing. His hands were empty when he entered Madyan (a city). This is just after the incident of splitting the red sea in two parts with his stick (‘Asaa).

He prayed to ALLAH Jalla Jalaaluhu by reciting this dua mentioned in Quran, Surah #28, Al-Qasas Part of Ayat/Verse #24:

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ

Rabbi Inni Lima Anzalta Ilayya Min Khairin Faqeer

“My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need.”

Thereafter, ALLAH provided him food to eat, a house to live in, a wife as a life partner. He met Hazrat Sho’aib A.S. who was very old and weak and married his daughter. Subhan ALLAH.

We should learn that even if we have nothing we should be positive and hopeful towards ALLAH, who is the only bestower.

Did you Forget The Incident of Hazrat Ibraheem A.S.?

When Hazrat Ibraheem A.S. was thrown into a grand fire by Fir’aun. Even at that time he didn’t lose hope and he was so confident that ALLAH will save him. And what he expected has finally happened.

ALLAH Subhanahu Wata ‘Ala commanded the fire to become cold and safe for him. And the same fire lost it’s properties.

The fire was burning from outside and inside it was cold and safe for him.

Hazrat Ibraheem A.S. was resting within the same fire as if he was resting in the gardens of Jannah.

A ray of hope can transform you entirely. All you need is to lit it.

What could Adversities Mean for you

Abu Hurairah Radi ALLAHu ‘Anhu reported:

Messenger of ALLAH sallALLAHu ‘Alayhe Wasallam said. “The (Hell) Fire is surrounded with all kinds of desires and passions, while Jannah is surrounded with adversities.”

Helping Others During their Hard Times

This is an act of charity and how wonderful it is, you will get this immense reward for every single day until he returns.

It was narrated from Buraidah Al-Aslami that the Prophet sallALLAHu ‘Alayhe Wasallam said:

“Whoever gives respite to one in difficulty, he will have (the reward of) an act of charity for each day. Whoever gives him respite after payment becomes due, will have (the reward of) an act of charity equal to (the amount of the loan) for each day.”

If you Lessen others Burden ALLAH will Lessen yours

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of ALLAH sallALLAHu ‘Alayhe Wasallam said:

“Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, ALLAH will relieve him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement. And whoever helps ease a difficulty in the world, Allah will grant him ease from a difficulty in the world and in the Hereafter. And whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, ALLAH will cover (his faults) for him in the world and the Hereafter. And ALLAH is engaged in helping the worshipper as long as the worshipper is engaged in helping his brother.”

When you are facing the difficult times in your life and you start helping others. You start sharing the problems of others. ALLAH will definitely lessen your burden in this world also.

You will start feeling joyous within yourself and forget your own hardships and adversities.
