Those who had recited Ahad Nama in their lives. The angels will keep a record of that and seal it and keep safe until The Judgment Day. It has been referenced from Imam Hakeem Tirmeezi (Radi ALLAHU Anhu), says: Ahad Naamah has been written on the shroud of Imam Tawus (Radi ALLAHU Anhu) as he mentioned for this in his will. Benefits of Reciting Ahad Nama-Ahad Naamah Ki Fazilat

As far as my knowledge is concerned, I have not seen any authenticated Hadith references to know the benefits of reciting Ahad Nama in Islam. Whereas, no genuine and authenticated references have been cited to confirm its truth. Though, if you can recite this with the aim of praising ALLAH Subhanahu Wata ‘Ala, ALLAH will surely listen to your urge.

This has been confirmed by Islamic scholars. There is no bidah in the recitation of Ahad Nama and to get benefits through it. To read the benefits of ahad nama in details please scroll to the end of this post.

Avow means asserted, admitted. Therefore, Ahad Nama is The Letter of Avow that ALLAH is Only One!

Ahad Naamah means to The Letter of Avow, affirmation, or an acceptance. Elaboratively, the one who accepts:

• The Oneness of ALLAH,
• ALLAH is The Only God,
• Prophet Mu’hammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is The Messenger of ALLAH

Ae mere ALLAH! aasmano zameen ko paida karne wale ghayab aur haazir ke jaanne wale tu nihayat meherbaan bakhshish wala hai.

Ilahi! main is dunyawi zindagi mein tere sath ‘ahad aur iqraar

karta hoon aur is baat ki shahaadat deta hoon ke tere siwa qabil

parastish koi nahi tu yakta hai Tera koi shareek aur sathi nahi. Aur main is baat

ki bhi gawahi deta hoon ke janabe Mu’hammad ﷺ tere bande aur Rasool hain

Pas tu mujhe mere nafs par na chhorh kyon ke agar tu muje mere

nafs ke hawale kar dega to mujhe sharr ke qareeb aur neki se door

kar dega Aur mujhe to sirf teri rehmat ka aasra hai

Pas apne haan bhi mera ‘ahad kar de. Jise roz-e-qayamat

tak pura kare, tu hargiz ‘ahad ke khilaf warzee nahi karta. Aur

khairul khalq Mu’hammad ﷺ par aur tamaam aal aur as haab

In the Name of ALLAH, The Beneficent, The Merciful

O ALLAH! The Creator of the skies and the earth
The Knower of the hidden and the open
YOU are The Beneficent, The Merciful

O ALLAH! I promise you in this earthly life
and I bear witness that
there is no one worthy of worship except YOU
YOU are One and Only without any partner
and I bear witness that
Sayyidina Hazrat Mu’hammad SallALLAHU Alayhe Wa Sallam is Your servant and YOUR Messenger

(O ALLAH!) Please do not leave me to my own self
Because if YOU abandon me to my own desires
I might be drawn towards evil and away from goodness
and I have no support except YOUR Mercy

So accept my promise with YOU
to be kept till the Day of Judgement
Truly, YOU never break a promise

And may the Blessings of ALLAH, The Exalted

The Benefits of Reciting Ahad Nama and The Importance

The one who remember ALLAH Jalla Jalaaluhoo. The one who passes his time in the remembrance of ALLAH, The Almighty. The one who expresses and agrees on the Oneness, Uniqueness, Power, and Glory of ALLAH, The Almighty. When concluding the one who sends blessings on The Beloved Prophet Mu’hammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

Ain’t this has immense benefits? This is what ALLAH loves. How come ALLAH will not reward the one who remembers ALLAH, the one who sends blessing on HIS Beloved Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him).

My dear brothers, sisters, and elders. I didn’t find any authentic Hadith about getting the benefits from A’had Namah. You can admire, pray and ask ALLAH Subhanahu Wata A’la in any way you want. A’had Namah is praising ALLAH Subhanahu Wata A’la.

One can recite Ahad Nama to earn rewards and benefits. To convey the rewards to the deceased Ahad Nama can be recited as many time as one wants. There is nothing wrong to read the Ahad Namah.

Though, it has not been found in any Hadith. But that doesn’t mean we cannot recite those phrases and words which expresses the glory and Oneness of ALLAH and to send the blessings to HIS Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him). Reciting A’had Namah while believing in a particular way will benefit you is unauthenticated. For example- if you recite it after Isha salaat for any specific purpose, the authenticity of this has been found nowhere. Believing and reciting in a specific number, say, if you recite this daily your sins will be forgiven- is unauthenticated Hadith.

Importance of Reciting Ahad Nama

What is the importance of reciting Ahad Nama? And Is there any benefits and virtues of reciting Ahad Nama? Let us go through on this topic deeply ahead.

It has been found that:

Whoever wants to earn rewards and virtues from Ahad Nama. Then he should recite it after every prayer.

And when ALLAH, The Almighty recalls that individual (who recited Ahad Nama in his life) from his grave. The angel will bring that edict (royal letter) with him. And when those people will be recalled:

Where are the people of uniques (one/matchless)?

Therefore, those who had recited Ahad Nama in their lives will be given the Ahad Nama.

It has been referenced from Imam Hakeem Tirmeezi (may ALLAH have mercy on him) that he said:

Ahad Nama has been written on the shroud of Imam Tawus (may ALLAH have mercy on him) as he stated for this in his will.

Imam Hakeem Tirmeezi (may ALLAH have mercy on him)  was born in 820 in Tirmidh. Which is nearby the city of Balkh, lies on the border of Russia and Afghanistan. Read Surah Fatiha Benefits here.

He visited The Holy Makkah and performed Hajj when he was just thirty (30).

Please be noted! There is no strong reference found regarding the benefits and virtues of reciting Ahad Nama and the importance of the same.

However, there is nothing wrong with reading Ahad Nama. It won’t be treated as the sin which equals to the fabrication of Hadeeth and illegible act according to Islam.

Though, according to the statement of Mufti Akmal Sir it has been clearly mentioned that by reciting Ahad Nama one can earn virtues and benefits.

There is nothing if one is reading the phrases which state the oneness of ALLAH and admires The Creator of this entire universe.

Conclusion

Oe should recite Ahad Nama with the primary intention of admiring ALLAH, The Almighty. The secondary intention could be to earn rewards and benefits. See Dua to Eat here.

There are a few books where we can read the Hadith of Our Beloved Prophet ﷺ regarding the benefits, importance and virtues of Ahad Nama.

However, I would not mention those here. As I have not come across any strong reference to those.

From the point of view of the reciter who is accepting the oneness of ALLAH, The Almighty. There is such great importance of Ahad Nama.

Therefore, one can obviously earn immense benefits and rewards throughout its recitation.

Believe me, guys! I hardly take a minute to recite the whole Ahad Nama. I have memorized it. I read it every day. Whenever I fee a need to read it I just start reciting Ahad Nama. See Dua for Barkat in Money here.

Ahad Nama Parhne ki Ahmiyat, Fazilat aur Fayde Hindi Zubaan Mein

अहद नामा की फ़ज़ीलत अहमियत और इसे पढ़ने के फायदे हिंदी ज़ुबान में

इस्लाम में अहद नामा की अहमियत क्या है? और क्या इसे पढ़ने के फायदे है?

कई जगह ये भी पढ़ा गया है के:

जो कोई शख़्स अहद नामा के पढ़ने से फायदा उठाना चाहे तो| ऐसे शख़्स को चाहिए के हर नमाज़ के बाद|

यानि जब नमाज़ से फ़ारिग़ हो जाये तब अहद नामा पढ़ लिया करे| तो फरिश्ता इसे लिख कर इसपर मुहर लगा देगा| और फिर इसे क़यामत तक उठा कर रख देगा|

और फिर जब अल्लाह सुब्हानहु वत’आला इस शख़्स को क़ब्र से उठाएंगे| तो फिर फरिश्ता उस नाश्ता यानि दरख़्वास्त समात (तहरीर या फरमान) अपने साथ लाएगा| और जब उसे पुकार लगायी जाएगी|

अहद वाले कहाँ है?

तो जिन्होंने अहद नामा पढ़ा था उन्हें अहद नामा दिया जायेगा|

इमाम हकीम तिर्मिज़ी रहमतुल्लाह अलैहे ने इसे रिवायत कर के फ़रमाया| इमाम ताउस रहमतुल्लाह अलैहे की वसीयत से अहद नामा के पाक कलाम को इनके कफ़न में लिखा गया था|

इमाम हकीम तिर्मिज़ी रहमतुल्लाह अलैहे 820 में तिरमिद में पैदा हुए| जो की बल्ख शहर के क़रीब, आज रूस और अफ़ग़ानिस्तान की सरहद पर बस्ता है|

उन्होंने ने तीस (30) साल की उम्र मक्का अल-मुक़र्रमाह की ज़ियारत की और हज किया|

ग़ौर कीजियेगा! लेकिन ये मैंने किताबों में पढ़ा है| इस बात की तस्दीक़ कहीं नहीं पायी गयी है|

ये ज़रूर है के जनाब मुफ़्ती अकमल साहेब के बयान से ये ज़ाहिर होता है| के अहद नामा की फ़ज़ीलत हासिल करने के तौर पर इसे पढ़े हम या न पढ़ें| ये अलहैदा बात है|

मगर के अहद नामा जो की एक बन्दे का अल्लाह त’आला को अहद है| और इस कलाम में अल्लाह जल्ला जलालूहू की अज़ीमुश्शान तारीफ की गयी है|

और ज़िक्रुल्लाह से गुनाह क़तई नहीं और न ही ये पढ़ना कोई बिदत में शुमार होगा, इन्शा अल्लाह|

तो फिर अल्लाह का ज़िक्र और तारीफ करना सवाब का बाइस बन जायेगा| फायदे इसके जो भी हो| इन’आम अल्लाह ज़रूर देगा, इन्शा अल्लाह|

कई जगह तो हुज़ूर-ए-अकरम ﷺ की हदीस तक बतलायी गयी है| चूंकि इसकी तस्दीक़ नहीं मिली मैं इसे यहाँ नहीं बयान करूँगा|

अहद नामा की अहमियत देखें तो बहोत बड़ी है| और इसे पढ़ने के फायदे भी अल्लाह ने चाहा तो पढ़ने वाले को ज़रूर मिलेंगे| और बेहिसाब मिलेंगे|

अहद नामा को पढ़ने मुश्किल से एक (1) मिनट भी नहीं लगता है|

मैंने रोज़ाना इसे कम-अज़-कम एक (1) मरतबा पढ़ने का मामूल बना रखा है| और यहाँ तक के मुझे ये

मुँह ज़ुबानी याद हो चुकी है| जब भी दिल करता है पढ़ लिया करता हु| अल्लाह की शान-ओ-शौकत में ज़िक्र के ज़रिये बयान कर लिया करता हूँ|

इनाम देने वाला वो रहीम बड़ा कारसाज़ है|

अल्लाह हमें खूब सवाब और जज़ा कमाने के तौफ़ीक़ अत फरमाए, आमीन|

Ahad Nama Ki Ahmiyat Aur Ise Padhne Ke Fayde

Islam mein ahad nama ki ahmiyat kya hai? Aur kya ise padhne ke fayde hai? Chaliye in dono sawalat ke jawabat tafseel mein parhte hai.

Kayi jagah ye bhi parha gaya hai ke:

Jo koi shakhs ahad nama ke parhne se fayda uthana chahe to. Ese shakhs ko chahiye ke har namaz ke bad. Yani jab namaz se farigh ho jaye tab. Yahan Miya Biwi Ke Darmiyan Mohabbat Ki Dua dekhiye.

Ahad naamah parh liya kare. To farishta ise likh kar ispar muhar laga dega. Aur phir ise qayamat tak utha kar rakh dega.

Aur phir jab ALLAH Subhanahu Wata ‘Ala  is shakhs ko qabr se uthayenge. To phir farishta us noshta yani darkhwast samaat (tehreer ya farman) apne saath layega. Aur jab use pukar lagayi jayegi.

Ahad wale kahan hai?

To jinhone ahad nama parha tha unhe ahad nama diya jayega.

Imam Hakeem Tirmeezi Rahmatullah Alayhe ne ise riwayat kar ke farmaya. Imam Tawus Rahmatullah Alayhe ki wasiyat se ahad nama ke pak kalam ko inke kafan mein likha gaya tha.

Imam Hakeem Tirmeezi Rahmatullah Alayhe 820 mein Tirmidhi mein paida hue. Jo ki balkh shahar ke qareeb, aaj roos aur afghanistan ki sarhad par basta hai.

Unhone ne tees (30) saal ki umr Makka Al-Muqarramah ki ziyarat ki aur hajj kiya.  Yahan Dushman Se Bachne Aur Galba Paane Ki Dua dekhiye.

Ghaur Kijiyega! Lekin ye maine kitabon mein parha hai. Is bat ki tasdeeq kahin nahi payi gayi hai.

Ha ke ye zarur hai ke Janab Mufti Akmal Saheb ke bayan se ye zahir hota hai. Ke Ahad Nama ki fazilat hasil karne ke taur par ise parhe ham ya na parhein. Ye alhaida bat hai.

Magar ke Ahad Nama jo ki bande ka ALLAH Ta’ala ko ek ahad hai. Aur is kalam mein ALLAH Jalla Jalaaluhoo ki azeemushshaan tareef ki gayi hai.

Aur zikrullah se gunah qatayi nahi aur na hi ye parhna koi biddat mein shumar hoga, Insha ALLAH.

To phir ALLAH ka zikr aur tareef karna savab ka bais ban jayega. Fayde iske jo bhi ho. In’aam ALLAH zarur dega, Insha ALLAH.

Kayi jagah to Huzoor-e-Akram ﷺki Hadees tak batlayi gayi hai. Choonke iski tasdeeq nahi mili main ise yahan nahi bayan karunga.

Ahad Nama ki ahmiyat dekhein to bahot badi hai. Aur ise padhne ke fayde bhi ALLAH ne chaha to parhne wale ko zarur milenge. Ahad Nama ko parhne mushkil se ek (1) minute bhi nahi lagta hai. Yahan Surah Ikhlas in English With All Translations dekhiye.

Maine rozana ise kam-az-kam ek (1) martaba parhne ka mamool bana rakha hai. Aur yahan tak ke mujhe ye muh zubani yad ho chuki hai. Jab dil karta hai parh liya karta hu. ALLAH ke shan-o-shaukat mein zikr kar liya karta hu. Inam dene wala wo Raheem bada kaarsaaz hai.

ALLAH hamein khoob savab aur jaza kamane ke taufeeq ata farmaye, Ameen.

What is Dua?

Do not forget to make a dua after reciting Ahad Nama every day. Let us discuss making a prayer means dua in deep.

د ع ا ء

It is Dal, A’yn, Alif, and Hamza.

All ALLAH wants is for us to acknowledge that HE is Daiem (Dal) The One WHO will exist forever.

HE created us from Alaq (Ayn) from a clot.

We have to Iqra (Alif) Read in the Name of our Rabb, praise HIM and pray to HIM.

Hamza is for AlayhisSalaam, which is mentioned after the name of every Messenger of ALLAH, like Hazrat Adam Alaihis Salaam, Hazrat Nuh Alaihis Salaam, Hazrat Ibraheem Alaihis Salaam, Hazrat Musa Alaihis Salaam, Hazrat Isa AlaihisSalaam.

ALLAH Ta’ala has accepted their prayers which were not in Arabic!

Therefore, Dua is any praise of ALLAH in any language, it is accepted by ALLAH. Dua is not necessarily an Ayat from the Quran, it is a praise and acknowledgment that ALLAH is our Rabb and we ask HIM in the best way we know how, so that HE may answer our prayers.

As ALLAH’s Rasool, Sayyidina Mu’hammad SallALLAHU Alayhe Wa Sallam Himself said:

“O ALLAH, I seek refuge in YOU for YOUR Pleasure and against YOUR Wrath, and in YOUR Forgiveness and against YOUR Punishment and in YOU from YOU, I cannot Praise YOU as YOU can Praise YOURSELF.”

(Muslim, Abu Dawood, at-Tirmidhi, ibn Majah)

Even with the Arabic language, ALLAH’s Rasool SallALLAHU Alayhe Wa Sallam said: “I cannot Praise YOU as YOU can Praise YOURSELF.”
From the above, it should be clear, that there is no need for authenticity in Dua. Dua is any PRAISE of ALLAH, likewise, Durood Shareef is sending Blessings/Salaam on Sayyidina Mu’hammad SallALLAHU Alayhe Wa Sallam.

If we truly ask ALLAH for our needs in any language by PRAISING HIM, Insha ALLAH, ALLAH will accept our Dua.
